Comfortable beds offered a decent night's sleep, and the pool area served as a relaxing escape for guests looking to chill after a long day. Views from the room showcased the nearby mountains, adding a nice touch to the stay.
Our experience took a dive when the promised adjoining rooms turned out to be unavailable, causing inconvenience for our family's specific needs. Additionally, a water leak by the window soaked our socks and left us a bit unsatisfied during our time there.

the breakfast here was just pathetic, tasteless pre-packaged snacks. I mean, at a hotel, you’d expect a gourmet spread, right? and don't even get me started on the moldy smell in the bathroom. honestly, I could've overlooked that if I’d received a complimentary upgrade, but no, I was treated like a regular guest. Just couldn’t give a good review.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating.
I was appalled at the dirty conditions of our room. The breakfast was a complete joke, consisting only of bland cold cereal and packaged snacks. there was no fresh fruit or hot options available.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is perfect for adults wanting to relax. We loved the beautiful mountain views and had easy access to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. Lots of hiking trails to explore nearby was a bonus! Definitely make use of the private theater if you're movie fans.
We encountered a problem when we arrived because the front desk staff seemed intoxicated and wouldn't honor our price from the email confirmation, which made the check-in process frustrating.

The room was big and roomy, very comfortable and clean. I liked that they honored my request for a first-floor room. Oh, and the continental breakfast is actually included, which was a nice surprise! Just a heads-up that the bathroom could use a little TLC.
